Company's office is situated in the vicinity of Mumbai city, which is the Business hub of India. Mumbai is a place located with DG Shipping Office and others shipping companies including crew manning offices. The Company was incorporated on 13th June, 2014 and registered with DG Shipping and obtained Recruitment and Placement Service License (RPSL) on 3rd October, 2016 valid till 2nd October, 2021.

The Principal object of the Company is to undertake and carry out the business of ship management, crew manning, supplying of ships, vessels, trading in parts and machinery of ships, ship chatterers, ship repairers, marine equipment suppliers, ship chandlers, clearing and forwarding agents, shipping consultants, maritime training and such other allied activities.
